Laurel Grimm joined ECA after relocating to Durham in 2020 from Fort Collins, Colorado, bringing with her a rich background in office management. Known for having a keen eye for detail, she thrives on ensuring every element fits together seamlessly, much like solving a complex puzzle.

With a career rooted in small businesses, Laurel brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting others. Her dedication to supporting teams and encouraging growth is a hallmark of her approach. A graduate of Pikes Peak State College with a degree in Interior Design, Laurel was instrumental in launching two successful businesses in Fort Collins before making Durham her home. At ECA, she continues to apply her skills to connect people and ideas, ensuring every project and interaction is meaningful and impactful.
